• Won 1994 Seattle Distinguished Sales & Marketing Award for all marketing industries.  Sponsored by Seattle Chamber of Commerce  & Puget Sound Business Journal
• Received the 1993 MAME Grand Award for New Construction Marketing  (The Sherbourne Gated Community)
• $33 million sale of Belle Arts (128 unit mixed use apartment) to Equity Residential for condo conversion in 2006
